Our office is centrally located in Pretoria, Gauteng Province close to the High Court, Magistrate Court, Embassies and many administrative offices which allows us to work on matters expeditiously. The practice has been in operation since 8 November 2022 and was trading as OMM attorneys gauteng until the name was changed in November 2024.

Surprise Manyaiyi Vuma is a practicing Notary and an Attorney with a specialty in Litigation. Having appeared in over 100 matters in the High Court, Surprise has gained meaningful experience in Civil Trials, Opposed and Unopposed motions proceedings, Urgent applications and negotiating settlements in favor of clients. Her further admission as a Notary has allowed her to gain a specialty in drafting various forms of ante-nuptial (marriage) contracts and other commercial notarial contracts. Surprise is a member of the Pretoria Attorneys Association and a Trial Advocacy Facilitator with the BLA LEC

Associate Attorney
Desmond Semenya an Attorney with vast experience in Civil and Criminal Litigation, Administration of deceased estates and instituting claims against certain organs of the State. He completed his LLB from the University of South Africa in and was admitted as an attorney in July 2024.

Mr Mukwevho holds an Bachelor of law degree (LLB) from the University of Limpopo. Mr Mukwevho has culmulative experience working in the legal space of 8 years which includes 5years of experience at the Road Accident Fund. Having worked in the personal injury space, he has assisted the practice with its operational strategy and stakeholder engagements.
