What documents do I need to bring to the consultation?
For private persons, we require the following documents:
1. Original ID/ Passport or Driver's license
2. Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)
3. Any documents you want us to discuss during the consultation.
For Corporate entities, we require the following documents:
1. Company registration documents
2. Company resolution to seek legal advice (if this isnt available we can assist with the draft)
3. Director's ID copies/Passport
4. Company Proof of address (not older than 3 months)
Can I have a consultation virtually?
Yes, SMV attorneys believe in making use of technology to make it easy
Clients have an option of choosing between a physical consultation, telephonic or virtual consultation.
Kindly note that all consultation dates and times must be confirmed prior to the consultation.
What can I expect from the first consultation?
